Just be Happy

Wisdom to Change

I think myself happy Acts 26:2

Recession, bank failure, market crash, earthquakes, tsunami, volcanic eruptions, cyclones, hurricanes, flooding, tornadoes, homelessness, divorce, bankruptcy, situations and circumstances.

When we read about or see these things, many become depressed, oppressed and some have anxiety attacks. But why would Jesus tell us not to worry about these things? He wanted our focus to be on the many promises of His love towards us. The promise of I am coming back; I’ll never leave you or forsake you and the promise of He is with us always. If we focus on what’s going on around us, it will dictate how we feel, but if you take a different approach like looking through the eyes of faith, we’ll see things differently.

Just like Paul, when he was standing before King Agrippa, facing his accusers, the first thing he told the King, “I think myself happy. You see, Paul had a revelation that anything he was facing; he was able to face with Jesus. No matter what Paul was facing, he faced it happy. And guess what, we can too. We can face any situation or circumstance in our life with a happy spirit. We can face hardship with a joyful spirit, but to be honest it’s really up to you. We have to know within ourselves God is with us.

As we go through our day, many may have a position that requires much of us, but if we look to God who is our strength and our joy, we can have victory in every area of our lives. So face every single day with a happy spirit and remember Jesus is with us.

Have a Beautiful Day
