Wisdom for Today
Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatever a man sows, that shall he also reap. Galatians 6:7
When the enemy decided he was going to overthrow God, he said I will exalt my throne above the stars of God. I will also sit on the mount of the congregation. I will ascend above the heights of the clouds. I will be like the Most High. Well guess what happened to him, he was thrown out of heaven.
Anything, and I do mean anything we do in life there are consequences. When we sin there’s a price to pay. When I pray there are rewards. When I lie, there are consequences. When I love there are rewards. When I sin against my body, there's no telling what will come upon me. When I study and meditate on the Word, I make my way prosperous. When I complain and murmuring, I will reap the results of my words. The same goes for when I speak words of life. Everything I say and do will results in good or bad seed.
Here is an example in the Word.
If I obey what the Word says, all these wonderful things will happen to me. Everywhere I go I will be blessed. I will have preferential treatment. I will increase, my steps will be ordered, I will be above and not beneath, everything I put my hands to I will prosper, and God Himself will take care of my enemies.
If I don’t obey, things will not be will with me. Nothing will go well and I will always experience decrease in every area of my life.
Take an inventory of your life and check if what you are doing will reap good consequences or not so good consequences. Take note, God will never make you do good, you decide to do the right thing by following Him with all your heart.

Unaware, Unaware, Unaware!
Wisdom for Today Now, I do not want you to be unaware brethren Romans 1:13a
Unaware! So many are unaware! Unaware they are being watched by forces that want to kill, steal and destroy. Multitudes of people UNAWARE! No clue they are being plotted against. No clue they’re being setup for a fall. No clue at all!
There are plots to stop our destiny; Plots to breakup our marriages; Plots to stop us from praying, plots to stop us from coming to the truth of God’s Word, and plots to stop us at all cost.
The bible says in 2 Corinthians 2:11, lest Satan should take advantage of us, for we are NOT ignorant of his devices. The enemy of our soul is trying to take advantage of us by bringing distractions, doubt and unbelief so we won’t take time out for our spiritual growth. Why is the enemy of our souls trying so hard to stop us? Reason for the enemy’s tenacity to try and stop us, he knows if we get wind of God’s truth, find out our authority in Christ, find out he is a defeated foe, we will take a stand and fight against him using our weapons. The Word of God! Through God and staying connected to Him through prayer and studying our Word, we will know what’s being planned against us.
God said in Ephesians 6, Stand and put on His armor. The pieces of God’s armor will always cause us to triumph in Christ Jesus. When we put on the Helmet of Salvation, we cover our mind. When we put on the Breastplate of Righteousness, we cover our heart; it causes us to come to the truth which makes us free. When we take up the Shield of Faith, it causes us to walk by faith and not by sight when the arrows of lies, deceit, doubt and fear comes flying our way. In any case, we must do something. Don’t be caught sleeping while the enemy is planning things against you, because when you are unaware no telling what he’ll unleash in your life. Take a stand by praying and not letting your guard down.

What Would You See?
Wisdom for Today
Do not be sluggish, but IMITATE those who through faith and patience inherit the promises. Hebrew 6:12
Do you remember going to the carnival and going to the House of Mirrors? There were many mirrors which made you look normal, tall, skinny, short, fat, a small body with a really big head and a mirror where you looked like Plastic man from the Fantastic Four, long and wiggly. Now, what if God took those same mirrors and had you stand in front of them, what would you see? What would it really show about you? The reflection you see will represent what you are spiritually. If you saw yourself skinny, this would represent spiritual starvation. Not getting enough of spiritual nutrition by reading the Word of God. If you saw yourself fat, this would represent a spiritual fat cat. You have a lot of Word but you’re not telling others about how God delivered and changed you. If you saw yourself with a small body and a big head, this would represent a prideful, conceited person. Nobody can tell you anything. You have an answer for everything. You never try and learn from others because you think you know it all.
Don’t fret; there is a remedy for each one of these cases. If you saw yourself skinny (spiritual starvation), get into the Word of God. Don’t just read it, study and meditate on it like you would for a test. When you dig deep into it, you will find great treasures, treasures that are everlasting which will never rust or corrode.
If your saw yourself fat (spiritual fat cat), you need to let others know what you’ve learned through the Word, and about your test and trials. People need to hear your testimony how God saved, healed and delivered you. If you saw yourself with a small body and a big head (pride and conceited), get off your high horse NOW! God hates pride and arrogance; with pride comes nothing but strife; pride goes before destruction and pride will bring you low. The remedy for pride is humility. Learn to humble yourself and God will exalt you in due time.
Conclusion: Build up your spiritual man through The Word; pour into others the goodness of God and stay humble. The Word of God is the only thing that can bring about a change and cause a lasting change forever.

You Are The Greatest Advertisement!
You are the light of the world; Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify you Father in heaven. Matthew 5:14, 16
If you profess to be a Christian, everything you say and do in life is an advertisement of Jesus Christ. People are flipping through the pages of your life, to see if your advertisement about Christ is according to the Word of God and genuine. People who don’t know or serve God are looking for the truth in you. Don’t you know you are the closes thing to Christ that some people will ever see? Everything about you is a witness of Jesus. Especially, when you open your mouth, the way you react in situations, how you handle pressure, the way you talk to people and most importantly how you treat them.
When Jesus walked the earth, everything about Him caused people to draw close to Him. They drew near to Him because He showed the love of the Father, compassion for people, an understanding heart, willing to forgive them of their sins and always speaking the Truth. A child of God should always advertise God as Holy, Loving, Patient, Forgiving, Awesome, a Provider, a God of Peace, Longsuffering, a Healer, a Deliverer, a Great and Awesome God, and a Savior.
Your life is the greatest advertisement of your faith in God. Don’t be one of God’s children that advertise Him in a way that cause people to run from the True and Living God.
